Policies, Refunds and Cancellations:
Make-ups are given only if K-9 SOL has to cancel due to weather or some other unforeseen circumstance. Refunds are only issued due to medical reason, be it person or dog. Cancellations must be given a minimum of 48 hours ahead or you forfeit your fees. That time and space has been reserved for you and therefore is not available to anyone else.
Terms and Conditions:
You as the client must understand all dog events entail a certain amount of risk to you, your family or friends, and your dog. Therefore, by applying for acceptance of yourself and your dog for training, you agree to waive and release any liability and to indemnify and hold K-9 SOL harmless from any and all claims.
