Puppy Pre-School

Early socialization and foundational skills for young dogs

Set Your Puppy Up for a Lifetime of Success

Bringing home a new puppy is exciting, but it also comes with challenges - house-training accidents, constant biting, and leash struggles. Sound familiar? You’re not alone! These common puppy issues can be resolved quickly with the right guidance. That’s where we come in.

Why Early Training Matters

The first 8–16 weeks of your puppy’s life is a crucial development period. During this time, their brain is like a sponge, absorbing new experiences and forming lifelong habits. Proper socialization and training now can prevent future behavior issues, ensuring you raise a confident, well-adjusted dog.

The American Veterinary Association emphasizes this importance:

“Incomplete or improper socialization during this important time can increase the risk of behavioral problems later in life, including fear, avoidance, and/or aggression. Behavioral issues are the number one reason dogs are surrendered to shelters.”
